Path to make the Payment:

Log in to HNB online (web portal)
Select the “Bill Payments” option & select the “Pay Your Bill” from the drop down list
Pay from Account: Select the Account from the drop down list from which you would wish to do the transaction
Adhoc Biller Category: Select “Water” from the drop down list
Adhoc Biller Name: Select “AMERICAN PREMIUM WATER” from the drop down list
Biller Nick Name: Enter "AMERICAN WATER" and Tick the “Add to registered to Payee list”
ACCOUNT NO : Enter the Customer Code
Transaction Currency & Amount: Type the Amount to be paid (To pay "Rs 10/=" either enter "10" or "10.00")
Set payment date and frequency
Click Confirm in the Confirmation screen

HNB Bank - Walk-in (Cash/ Cheque)

Account settlement - Next working day (Cash) / upon realization (Cheque)

Account Number: 007-010-319-746 (walk-in)

Walk in to the any of the bank branches
Fill the bank deposit slip

State your ‘Customer Code’ and ‘Customer Name’ on the bank slip
Payment should be made to Account number 007-010-319-746
